Troop 70 has delivered the Boy Scout program for over 80 years. During this period, the troop has seen a 24% join to attain ratio. The national average is not fully documented but is generally believed to be between 2 and 5%.
On the right panel are links to all the Merit Badge requirements. While this gives you what is expected, it does not give a Scout the needed material. You still have to get the merit badge book from the Circle Ten Council headquarters in the Scout Shop or at the Scout Shop in the BSA Museum in Irving on Walnut Hill. .
