Troop 70 has only one fundraiser each year and that is our greenery sales program.  The troop is not supported by any other organization and must fund itself entirely by profits made from our greenery sales.  Historically, every four years, the troop budgets to pay for half of the cost for any Troop 70 Scout attending the National Jamboree.  Beside jamborees, the troop provides all the advancement awards, camping equipment, etc.  

Scouts received instructions and other information at the October 1, 2007 Court of Honor.  The sales quota for each scout is a minimum of $500, approximately 18-24 sales.  A commission is earned for sales over the quota.  See the instructions for specifics on the commission.

All of the products we sell are fresh cut and shipped via refrigerated transport.  The troop has been using the same supplier for the last 42 years.  The quality is excellent.  The following products will arrive around the first of December:

  Back by popular demand.  This is our third year to offer the large, 28 inch Wreath. All of our greenery is guaranteed fresh, and will usually last several weeks outside. $30.00 each

Scouts Only - Go to online order entry

Orders should be entered in the online Order Entry system.  Instructions for accessing the Data Entry website can be viewed and printed at Instructions for Online Order Entry .  Then following those instruction, enter your orders at Order Entry (Scouts Only).  You will need your "greenery number" found on the front of your greenery packet.

Orders should be submitted online before 5:00 pm on the day of each scout meeting on Monday, October 13th; Monday, October 20th; Monday, October 27th; and Monday, November 3rd being the final order turn in.
