New To BSA Scout Fee

If you are joining the Troop and are new to Boy Scouts of America, i.e. your Scout was not a Cub Scout, Webelo, or Boy Scout in another troop or pack, there is a $25 fee that the Troop pays to the BSA. This is a one-time fee.
